Thank you for visiting and shopping at GreenLightsDirect. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All shipments are shipped from Scottsdale, AZ. We reserve the right to use any courier and this will be dependent on your shipping zone. Customers may choose between USPS or Fedex shipping at checkout. Be aware that USPS Priority Mail (and Priority Mail Express) shipments only have $100 insurance included. Fedex shipments are insured for the full order value.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipments to Canada may include extra fees such as duties and taxes which the customer agrees to pay upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item to. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. Should you not accept the additional shipping charges we will gladly cancel and refund your order.
GreenLightsDirect will do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery of all orders. Unfortunately, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Discreet Packaging and Shipping
Privacy is important to our customers. All orders are packaged in plain brown shipping boxes, with no mention of our name or logo anywhere. We ensure total anonymity of your order.
In the event that a shipment gets returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with getting the package back to us.
Products with damage delivered by Fedex or USPS shall be reported to the courier company and claim filed. International (Canada) shipping costs on returns are not the liability of GreenLightsDirect at any time and must be paid for by the customer in the return process. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to import and duty fees.
We are not responsible for late shipments, we will try our best to get you your package within the time specified, but this cannot be guaranteed. Reasons for late shipments would be billing address not matching in your order, suspected fraud, courier issues or environmental events out of our control.
We will email you updates regarding the status of your order including when your item ships. Tracking numbers will be emailed once an order is shipped. Some items require special shipping arrangements and may not be trackable.
You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. You can also login to your account to access order history and order statuses. If you did not provide an email or create an account at the time of your order, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is a $50.00 – $100.00 fee if you are not available to accept delivery for a freight order on a scheduled delivery date. The fee varies depending on the freight company, as each freight company has different policies. GreenLightsDirect is charged the $50.00 to $100.00 fee by the freight company in order to attempt a second delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay GreenLightsDirect for all fees incurred during the shipping and delivery process. There will be additional fees if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful. GreenLightsDirect will contact the customer before charging the delivery fee. If GreenLightsDirect is unable to reach the customer within 24 hours, we will charge your original form of payment.
